We hope you LOVE your purchase but if you must return an item there are a few things to know.

We offer a Refund/Exchange or Store Credit on regular priced items within 30 days. You'll need the original receipt (if not purchased on an existing customer account) or a gift receipt (exchange or store credit only for gifts) The item must be unopened, in new, saleable condition and must be in the original packaging. OPEN ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

FINAL SALE on Discounted or Sale Items, Plush, Socks, Costumes, Wind Instruments, opened inflatables including pool floats, snow tubes, sprinklers, splash pads, pools, punching bags/gloves etc. Candy, Edible Items (including kits), Trading/Collector cards, Surprise Bags, Less Than Perfect Items and Gift Cards.
* We will not be offering credits, refunds or exchanges on the above mentioned items *
